A 100% Polyamide (Nylon) Monofilament by Gütermann and Be.Mi.Va.

Monofilament is a single continuous thread of usually man-made fibre (silk is the only naturally occurring example of this).  

Gütermann Monofilament is a 1/50 Nm (180 denier) (200 dtex), 20g cone = 1,000 metres. Or full Gütermann cones are available on a large reel with a smooth delivery of the thread by means of the vibration absorbing sponge in the dispenser, 580g = 29,000 metres.

Be.Mi.Va 'Celluloide' Monofilament is spun in Italy and is a 1/140 Nm (65 denier), 20g cone = 2,800 metres.
