A 1-Ply High Bulk Acrylic (also known as 2/30) ideal for standard gauge knitting machines and will produce a nice fabric. It is also ideal for baby's shawls being soft and machine washable.

Helpful Hints:

You can knit 3 strands together to make a 4-Ply or 2 strands together to make a 3-Ply, on a standard gauge machine (5 gauge). 40^oC Machine washable.
